Photo-Tech, Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates phototech.site and provides photography, drone and video services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Name, brokerage or company, email address and phone number
• Property addresses, square footage, access details and lockbox or gate codes
• Shoot preferences, target dates and service selections
• Billing details and payment records
• Correspondence including email, text, calls and booking notes

Images and footage

We create photographs, video and aerial footage of properties and products. These may incidentally capture people, vehicles, license plates and neighboring properties. Handling of that material is described in section 4.

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser type, device type and operating system
• Pages viewed, time on page and referring website
• Cookie identifiers as described in our Cookie Policy

2. How We Use Information

• To schedule, plan and perform shoots
• To access properties where you have authorized it
• To edit, process and deliver images and video
• To host download galleries and 3D tours
• To invoice, process payment and manage accounts
• To respond to revision requests and support inquiries
• To comply with tax, insurance and aviation recordkeeping obligations

3. Property Access Information

Lockbox codes, gate codes, alarm codes and key arrangements are held only for the duration of the booking, shared only with the photographer assigned to the shoot, and deleted after delivery. We ask clients to change codes at closing as standard practice regardless.

4. Images, Drone Footage And People

• Property images are delivered to the client who commissioned them and used by us only as permitted in our Licensing policy.
• We avoid photographing occupants, neighbors, children and identifiable license plates where practical, and we remove or blur them on request.
• Drone flights are planned to capture the subject property. Incidental capture of neighboring property is unavoidable from the air and is minimized in framing and editing.
• We do not photograph through windows into neighboring homes, and we will decline requests to do so.
• If you appear in an image and want it removed from our portfolio, contact us and we will honor that.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed:

• Gallery, tour hosting and file delivery platforms
• Editing contractors working under confidentiality obligations
• Payment processors and accounting providers
• Insurers and professional advisors where necessary
• Aviation authorities where a flight record is lawfully requested
• Law enforcement or authorities when required by law or valid legal process

7. Communications

When you book or inquire, you consent to be contacted by phone, email or text about your booking, shoot and delivery. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time. Operational messages about an active booking are not marketing and will continue.

8. Data Retention

Download galleries stay live for 12 months. We archive image files beyond that so clients can request retrieval later. Booking, invoice and tax records are retained for the periods required by Florida law and applicable tax rules. Access codes are deleted after delivery. Drone flight logs are retained as required for aviation compliance.

9. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards including access controls on galleries and restricted handling of property access codes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Please send access codes by text or phone rather than posting them publicly.

10. Your Choices And Rights

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us not to use images of your property in our portfolio
• Request removal of an identifiable person from an image
• Ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep
• Opt out of marketing communications

11. Children

Our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Where children are present at a shoot, we photograph the property rather than the occupants.

12. Third Party Links

This site links to third party platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps, and galleries and tours are hosted by third party providers. We do not control those services or their privacy practices.

13. Changes And Contact
