Technical photography, not a hobby with a nice camera
Photo-Tech, Inc. works out of 1310 Western Pine Circle in Sarasota, shooting for real estate agents, builders, architects, interior designers, property managers and product brands across Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte and Lee counties.
The work is technical by nature. A listing photo has to show the room honestly while still looking its best, which means controlling window exposure, keeping verticals straight, correcting color under mixed lighting and never misrepresenting the property. A product shot has to be consistent enough that fifty SKUs look like one catalog. Getting that right is craft plus process, and the process is why we deliver next day rather than next week.
We are equally happy shooting a 1,200 square foot condo listing or a full architectural feature for a builder's portfolio. Same standards either way, and the same delivery promise.

Send the address, square footage and target list date. We confirm a shoot window, usually within 48 hours.
Prep
You receive a short prep checklist for the seller or stager. Ten minutes of prep is worth more than any amount of editing.
Shoot
We arrive on time, work through the property systematically and fly the drone if conditions allow. Typical visit is 45 to 120 minutes.

Common questions
How fast can you shoot and deliver?
Most shoots are booked within 48 hours and delivered the next business day. Same day rush delivery is available for an additional fee when booked in advance.
Does the property need to be ready?
Yes, and it matters more than anything else. We send a prep checklist when you book. We will move small items and adjust blinds, but we are not a staging service, and a cluttered room photographs as a cluttered room.
What if it rains?
Interiors proceed as normal. Exteriors and drone work are rescheduled at no charge, or we can replace an overcast sky in editing where that represents the property fairly.
Who owns the photos?
We retain copyright and grant you a license to use the images. For real estate that license covers the listing, your marketing and the MLS. Full detail is on our licensing page.
Is your drone work legal?
Yes. Our pilot holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and we carry drone liability insurance. We check airspace before every flight and will tell you honestly if a property sits in controlled airspace that requires authorization.
Do you edit out flaws in a property?
We enhance, we do not deceive. Color, exposure, verticals and a replaced sky are standard. Removing permanent defects, neighboring structures or anything that misleads a buyer is not something we will do, and it creates real liability for the agent.
